Dennis McCullough
Acting Director and Board President
Dennis brings extensive experience as a business leader and CEO, along with years of consulting with nonprofit organizations, enabling strategic leadership, organizational insight, financial stewardship, and partnership development, to strengthen the mission and supports sustainable community impact.
Kathleen Crosby
Future Ready Director
Kathleen offers experience as a pastor, aftercare program administrator, and leader in community-based youth initiatives. Her background strengthens One Accord through compassionate leadership, youth development, family engagement, program administration, mentorship, and a deep understanding of serving children and communities.
Sarah Bowers
Program Administrator
Sarah brings experience as a case worker and program administrator, working directly with individuals and families to identify and address their needs. Combined with her medical background, her experience strengthens One Accord’s ability to coordinate services, provide support, and connect families with resources.
Dr. Cindy Burgos
Educational Director
Cindy delivers extensive experience as a teacher, principal, college professor, and school district consultant. Her educational leadership provides valuable insight into curriculum, student development, academic programming, and school partnerships, helping One Accord develop effective learning initiatives that strengthen outcomes for youth and families.
Randy Belin
Senior Executive Advisor
Randy brings experience and leadership with the New Jersey Department of Community Affairs, community and economic development, business consultant, and as a College business instructor. His background strengthens One Accord’s ability to develop community partnerships, strategic development, and create pathways to community economic opportunity.
Lisa Taylor
Executive & Governance Advisor
Lisa Alexander Taylor, J.D., contributes legal expertise and her experience as a Partner with Public Catalyst to support strategic leadership, governance, policy development, and organizational decision-making, strengthening One Accord’s ability to build effective partnerships and advance sustainable solutions for the communities it serves.

Kimberly contributes experience as a CEO, nonprofit consultant, financial and accounting professional, and minister. Her diverse background strengthens One Accord through financial stewardship, organizational leadership, strategic planning, nonprofit development, and faith-centered guidance that supports responsible growth and meaningful community impact.

His background strengthens One Accord’s leadership, governance, risk management, and ability to navigate complex issues while advancing its community-focused mission.
Pete Burgos
Board Member
Pete combines decades of experience in law enforcement, military service, pastoral leadership, and community service. His background in leadership, public safety, investigation, mentoring, and ministry strengthens One Accord’s ability to engage communities, build relationships, guide individuals, and support families facing challenging circumstances.

Valery offers more than 40 years of leadership in human services, government, healthcare, and nonprofit operations. Her expertise in regulatory compliance, program administration, organizational infrastructure, financial management, and youth services strengthens One Accord’s capacity to build effective, accountable, and sustainable community programs.
Marisol Maldonado
Board Member
Marisol contributes more than 30 years of corporate experience in banking and the airline industry, with expertise in relationship management, customer service, people leadership, and community engagement. Her experience supports One Accord in strengthening partnerships, expanding community awareness, and connecting its mission with broader audiences.
Danarius Money
Board Member
Denarius offers extensive experience in education, special education, youth development, and community outreach. Her background as a paraprofessional, teacher, youth minister, and community advocate strengthens One Accord’s ability to support diverse learning needs, mentor youth, engage families, and create nurturing environments for growth.
